4 Eligibility
• Australian residents aged 18 years or older
• Entrant must own, or be authorised to represent, a powered motor yacht of 50 ft (15.24 m) or longer berthed in Sydney Harbour or Gold Coast City Marina precincts
• Employees, contractors and immediate family of the Promoter are ineligible
5 How to enter
1. Click the promotion link or Enter Now button.
2. Complete the entry form with name, email, phone and vessel details.
3. In 25 words or fewer describe your biggest yacht-upkeep headache.
Entry is free. One entry per person. Sharing/liking/tagging has no effect on entry count.
6 Judging (game of skill)
• All valid entries will be judged at the Promoter’s discretion within 30 days after the Entry period closes.
• Criteria: relevance 40 %, originality 30 %, practicality 20 %, alignment with Flagship values 10 %.
• The Promoter may appoint independent or internal judges. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is not obliged to provide individual feedback.
7 Prize
One prize – 12-month Yacht Management package estimated at AUD 9 999, including:
• Monthly exterior wash-down and chamois dry
• Monthly interior wipe-down and dust-off
• Quarterly systems check
• Annual topside wax
• Concierge booking support for trades
Service is available only within Sydney Harbour and Gold Coast City Marina precincts. Travel surcharges and any third-party costs are payable by the winner if service is requested outside these areas. The Promoter may substitute a prize (or any part) of equal or greater value if circumstances require. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8 Winner notification, publication and unclaimed prize
• The selected winner will be notified by phone and email within five business days of judging.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to accept the prize within ten business days, the Promoter may award the prize to the next-highest-scoring entry or cancel the award at its discretion. Any further selection will occur not later than three months after the original judging.
9 Rights in entries
By entering, each participant:
• grants the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish and adapt their entry (in whole or part) in any media for promotional, marketing or commercial purposes; and
• warrants that the entry is original and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
10 Privacy
Personal information is collected to administer the promotion and to market Flagship services. Data is handled in accordance with the Flagship Privacy Policy (flagshipinternational.com.au/privacy). Entrants may request access or correction at any time.
12 Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter (and its officers, employees, agents and contractors) is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or incurred in connection with entering the promotion, the judging process or the prize. Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
13 General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time if it becomes incapable of running as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, subject to applicable legislation.
