Sanctuary Cove Wrap-Up & Winter Market Snapshot

Thank you to everyone who visited the Flagship stand at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show 2025. Your support turned four busy days on the marina into our most productive SCIBS yet. Flagship held the second-largest display at SCIBS 2025.  showcased nine quality vessels with a 15-strong team, and logged more than 700 registered inspections. The response delivered three signed contracts during the show and has sparked negotiations on two further yachts in the days since the show, clear evidence that buyer confidence is building.

As winter sets in, demand typically levels out, yet the broader sentiment stays positive. Premium-tier yachts are holding their value and transacting steadily. Mid-range activity is rising as fresh stock comes online and vendors meet the market. Entry-level sales remain comparatively quiet, though leads per listing are inching upward, encouraging for a season that’s usually slower. Nationally, days-on-market for power boats continue to trend lower, signalling healthier turnover as we progress through the second quarter of 2025.
