Steve has been a passionate recreational boater for decades, enjoying sailing as a cruiser (with some racing thrown in) and also motor yachting. Steve has enjoyed some of the best east coast waterways that Australia has to offer, from the NSW south coast all the way to the Whitsundays.

After an extensive career holding senior marketing roles in the Information & Communications Technology industry, Steve successfully transitioned to the recreational marine sector firstly managing one of the largest marinas in Sydney and then as a yacht broker. Steve is determined to ensure that each and every client has their expectations exceeded.

Steve has now been elected to the board of directors of the Boating Industry Association of Australia (BIA) and also sits on the BIA Queensland State Council.

Steve is also currently working with the BIA team to provide guidance on the subject of Boat Broker Accreditation and Training in this country. The aim is to set a minimum standard for knowledge, skills and ethical business practices throughout the Australian brokerage network and build confidence by the boating public that they can rely on certified and accredited brokerage professionals.
