With over 20 years of experience in the luxury yacht market, JP is a dynamic, results-oriented yacht broker, well known for his deep industry knowledge and strong presence at major boat shows across the Americas.
JP began his career at just 23 in the Commercial Department of a boat dealership, laying a strong foundation in sales and marine operations. Backed by a degree in advertising, he quickly developed a sharp skill set in branding, marketing, and client engagement. He later advanced to Sales Manager for the largest dealer of Schaefer Yachts, where he further refined his sales strategies, built long-term client relationships, and successfully represented leading brands such as Sea Ray, Sunseeker, and Schaefer Yachts.

In 2016, JP celebrated his wedding aboard a cruise ship—an event that reflected his deep connection to life on the water. The following year, he and his wife relocated to Australia, where he broadened his expertise by completing a Boatbuilding and Shipwright Certification (2018–2019). This hands-on training gave him valuable experience in local markets, production lines, and advanced composite techniques, further strengthening his global perspective on yacht construction and design.
