Flagship International Yacht Brokers Service Manager Adam ‘Brownie’ Brown has been sailing, managing & campaigning dinghies, one-design, ocean racing yachts and maxis boats for some 40 years. In that time, Adam has competed in many events in Australia and overseas with a long list of achievements. 
Adam has competed in some 36 Rolex Sydney to Hobart Races, winning a three with a long list of other podium results, and was also part of the infamous 1998 race that claimed 6 lives. He has a love for racing yachts and boats in general.
Adams' experience spans across marine industries involved with pleasure and commercial boats, including manufacturing (yachts, powerboats, etc.), propulsion systems (engines, generators), sales and insurance, maintenance and repair, marinas and facilities, marine electronics, accessories, and tourism and leisure (charters, boating, lifestyle events) and Marine Insurance.

His role as after-sales service encompasses all the customer support provided by a business after a purchase, such as technical assistance, training, maintenance, and warranty handling, to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
