With a strong business background and deep ties across Asia-Pacific yachting circles, Jimmy Ciao connects Chinese and Australian markets for Flagship International Yacht Brokers. After founding and expanding a menswear chain to multiple locations prior to its sale, Jimmy channelled his entrepreneurial drive into the marine sector. Professionally active since 2017 and a boat owner for more than 15 years, he has forged exclusive relationships in China, Hong Kong and Singapore, giving clients early access to brokerage listings and new-build opportunities from leading Chinese shipyards.

Before joining Flagship, Jimmy specialised in yacht charter brokerage and sales in Sydney, focusing on Chinese clientele. A highlight of his career is bringing the 50 m catamaran Capricornus to Flagship’s listings—an achievement that showcases his reach, negotiation skill and persistence.

Today Jimmy serves as a dedicated buyers’ agent for Chinese-Australian clients, sourcing quality vessels, coordinating inspections and supporting owners through every stage of purchase and ongoing management. His goal is to ensure each client enjoys transparent service, cultural understanding and a smooth path to ownership.
