With over 35 years of hands-on experience, Audrey Greenwood is a trusted authority in the marine brokerage industry. Her journey began in the late 1980s when she founded her own brokerage in Noosa at just 25 years old. Initially specialising in Powered Catamaran sales.  Marine specialist transport and charter vessels is another area she became deeply familiar with through her husband’s expertise—Audrey quickly established herself as a skilled and resourceful broker. Her passion for the water, first sparked by childhood memories of boating with her grandfather in Port Stephens, evolved into a lifelong career that bridges technical knowledge with a heartfelt connection to the industry.

Audrey’s career took a defining turn in 2008 when she transitioned to the luxury boat market on the Gold Coast, working with high-net-worth clients and world-class vessels. One of her proudest achievements was listing and brokering the sale of the 120-foot Eendracht  (now Evolution) on Sydney Harbour—a complex transaction requiring exceptional negotiation skills and perseverance. Audrey’s ability to earn the trust of even the most discerning clients, including those initially sceptical of her capabilities in a male-dominated field, underscores her professionalism and dedication. In addition to her private brokerage successes, Audrey has managed marine disposals for Queensland Police for over 20 years, providing transparency and expertise in handling vessels and marine assets.
